The company has an amazing culture however the product has become stale in a market crowded with more up to date products. Lead generation seemed to be non-existent and qualification was lacking.

Historically a good company to sell for. New Product and Engineering leadership joined almost 6 years ago and that is when the company stopped listening to customers, prospective customers, sales, and CSMs. The market is aware which is reflected in the bottom falling out of inbound leads and record high churn.
