Overall leadership was supportive in a start-up LOB. But they were disconnected from how the advisors should be compensated and expected the advisors to take ownership of their book of business without any sort of incentive or ongoing commission.

Pretty good experience but very focused on customer outcomes and service vs just sales. Scorecard changes every year which can be hard to track against. Paid on growth not on size or qdcountw

It was a tremendous experience and I love it. JPMorgan Chase & Co. is one of the largest and most prominent financial institutions in the world. It is a multinational banking and financial services corporation is a great environment and they make there employees feel at home.
