Overall my experience has been positive. While the company is going through some significant change, the potential to make good money is still there. Leadership hasn't made the best decisions, and so the company is in a bit of hole. This is impacting our ability to continue innovating and serving patients in the best way possible. The industry as a whole is struggling, but I do think long term, Invitae will be one of last companies in the space standing - albeit much leaner.

My overall experience was very good overall. We were paid a competitive base pay and a solid IC plan. The worst part was the change in leadership the past year.
