Intercom is shifting it's focus down market. So this isn't the best role for an enterprise level AE or AM. They are killing it in SMB and MM and if that is your skill set I recommend Intercom. Overall fair pay and comp structure and the people there are great. Great product market fit for lower end of the market.

Great product market fit. Sales leadership really invests in helping reps get better through various sales programs. Leader in AI for support. Definitely trending upward.

With the AI market developing, Intercom has become a leader in the space for AI support agents. Still working on building a strong brand up-market but Intercom is moving in that direction.
