Product market fit is good but leadership is pretty oblivious to sales cycle details & challenges. Sales process & GTM changes happen on a weekly basis & nobody really knows what’s going on

With the AI market developing, Intercom has become a leader in the space for AI support agents. Still working on building a strong brand up-market but Intercom is moving in that direction.
