Typical feedback from mid management is to get senior management and founders involved in each sale. No automation to CRM/outbound process. Outbound activity routinely criticized without actionable feedback. Product is highly tailorable to the right audience - bespoke consulting services, but a general 'opt out' mentality from consulting staff around involvement for new pursuits. Lack of technical support created a difficult working environment with overworked SMEs regularly bailing on sales calls. Selling here can work if you have a well established network within target prospects - don't expect opportunities to be shared from management and don't expect transparency. Team members routinely relieved of their job duties without a PIP or any indication there are issues. Unspoken expectations that you are in the office daily. Nice offices, great staff, nice comradery between consultants. Very few repeatable processes and ZERO help from marketing. Presenting value prop to clients relies on puffery. Low trust environment in sales team. Green managers acting as player-coach with a micromanagement style.
