Great product and service team. Truly cares for their clients and invests in their people. Leadership and direction is lacking. Good corporate culture but as most orgs sales people are a number. Very tough sale. You will gather 8-15 documents from prospects before you can set a demo of the product.

Mediocrity thrives at Insperity so, if you're an average salesperson can make a career here if you simply suck it up and follow the rules.
