Great product and service team. Truly cares for their clients and invests in their people. Leadership and direction is lacking. Good corporate culture but as most orgs sales people are a number. Very tough sale. You will gather 8-15 documents from prospects before you can set a demo of the product.

1. Hybrid if you’re tenured. 2. If new expect to be in office 4 days possible 5 days depends on manager. 3. Expect to be micro managed 4. Base is low for “tech company” but fair for HCM 5. Enrollment fees is where the money is at 6. Product to market fit for PEO is low. 7. 3/10 folks will hit goal
