Earning potential is high for the small minority of successful long standing reps with strong established referral partners. Good leadership is crucial- not an easy sell without help and support from team/manager.

Many reps come in excited about residuals but aren't able to make anything happen. Insperity doesn't give you many resources and very very little support from marketing.
