The company has an amazing learning and development program, however the rest of the company is dismal. Your starting base salary is very close to minimum wage and you are not eligible for commission until you are promoted which happens at 9-12 months. Once promoted you still have to exceed a threshold before receiving commission you do not receive for every placement. There is certainly opportunity to make money here, but I think it comes down to luck than skill for majority of people.

Average, to say the least. No inbound and if you do they are recycled and potentially weeks old. No push for inbound generation it seems.
