Everyone in the company gets hired on as a recruiter and then gets promoted to Account manager in 6-8 months. It takes at least 1-2 years before you even start to make commission. But after year 3 you can make a lot, many AMs making over 200k but the first couple years are brutal making less than 50k. Good place to start a sales career but not for more experienced candidates

Incredible sales management and promote from within structure if you have sales aspirations. As a senior account manager the role provides great work life balance with uncapped commissions.

Work Hard, Play hard, - Challenging first year with very low base salary, once established AM's have no incentive to leave.
