Company is fine. Lots of potential with the right effort and accounts but low base. Como structure based on prior achievement+% which can be tough at times. Great opportunity to learn and network with various tech companies also.

Very high income ceiling for over the long term, but takes significant time investment to see true potential. Insight is a great place to start dealing with technology related sales, very flexible environment and a great team with a lot of training happening consistently. Compensation is not good, it is significantly less than other companies will start you at but is a very easy job to work at if you have charisma and can close deals.
