The culture takes a huge step backwards it seems every year. What once made Indeed unique and truly caring about the mission of helping people get jobs has now shifted into helping stockholders make money. It was an amazing unicorn of a company and lucky to still work here but its more challenging with every new product roll out, every round of layoffs, and losing a unique benefit quarter after quarter. We no longer celebrate our big sales wins since when compared to the past it was a fun, collaborative environment, layoffs will do that to any company. Once our rockstarts in C-suite left post-Covid it just seems like we have no direction.

In total a great company to work at. Always looking to evolve the PMF. Senior leadership in US is great in Germany still a lot of room for improvement.

I am not a disgruntled employee. I was extremely successful in my time at Indeed. I left voluntarily, despite making excellent money, because it is not a healthy organization, and morale is sinking every day due to the reasons below.
