If you want to be part of a department that wins, where the majority hit quota, and contests have actual incentives for you to win this may not be the place for you.

Leadership doesn’t help you grow. You are a number and in order to move up you have to hit unattainable numbers 2 times in a row that also fluctuate throughout the quarter.

Loved indeed for the first 5 years, has gone downhill in the last several years. Base pay is too low, and product has gotten tougher to sell because of changes made to the product by leadership.

Indeed was a great place to work until 2022. Still above average but you are definitely just a number to them, no matter how strong your performance. Good benefits but leadership has been driving the company into the ground the last few years. They don't listen to or consider feedback.
