Loved indeed for the first 5 years, has gone downhill in the last several years. Base pay is too low, and product has gotten tougher to sell because of changes made to the product by leadership.

Indeed is an excellent place to launch a career in sales and offers a reliable comp package with a clear path to Senior AE. Beyond that, they fail to provide ample opportunity to learn and grow. I wouldn’t recommend staying there for more than 3 years as it is unlikely you’ll move into upper levels of the sales org. Strong product and good people/mission.

My experience overall was great, awesome culture and people and Indeed sets you up for success. Base salary is on the low side, but comm's are great and you really can hit some lofty numbers to set you up for life. Would thoroughly recommend working there, but it's very hard to land a job with Indeed! you have to be the best of the best

Worked there for 10 years - 2 years in their inside sales org, 8 years in their channel (agency) org - Was recently laid off after being a consistent top performer. Reasoning was "they were simplifying the org." Would of stayed in the current agency role for another years if I had the chance.
