I have had a positive experience overall. Our product and market fit is great. However, the base pay could be made more competitive. On the bright side, we do have a bonus payout system that will pay even if you hit 85%, meaning you can have additional pay every quarter (No commissions if under 85%). If you are considering a role in sales at indeed right now I would run. It use to be a great place to work but has turned very toxic. Indeed was in hyper growth mode over the past 10+ years.
