I have had a positive experience overall. Our product and market fit is great. However, the base pay could be made more competitive. On the bright side, we do have a bonus payout system that will pay even if you hit 85%, meaning you can have additional pay every quarter (No commissions if under 85%). I really enjoy working for this company, and my co-workers are great.

Indeed is a company with amazing benefits and it used to have a great culture until COVID. Since then there has been zero investment in rebuilding culture in a world of remote working

Good but then it got bad quick. Most jobs are worse.
