My overall experience was fantastic, until the last couple months when things started to noticably change with leadership. I was a top producer on my team with a perfect annual review rating and then was let go in a RIF that just didn't make any sense.

Stay away. CEO doesn't respect sales people at all. Two reps in 7 years have hit quota and both were a version of a ramp quota that then doubled. The team is amazing but the culture sucks.
