Your success is going to completely depend on your market and the demand for office space in that area. They reworked the compensation structure during my time there to pay significantly less.

Just an all around terrible place to work at. They use you hard, they train you to think you’ll have all this potential. There’s limited potential. You’re a shift employee working at a call center.
