Just an all around terrible place to work at. They use you hard, they train you to think you’ll have all this potential. There’s limited potential. You’re a shift employee working at a call center. This isn’t real sales. You’re a call center customer service agent that gets some commission every once in a while. Micromanagement is crazy here, they record your calls and computer screens and tell you how bad you are. Not worth the stress for $15 an hour. Can’t believe I took this job. I’m miserable here. Save yourself the time and don’t work here. Plenty of other places that will actually pay you a livable wage.

Targets constantly changing. Based off of your sales ability. Not equal across the board. No training, no development. Toxic culture throughout the different sales channels.
