The comp structure is flawed. We are measured on an activity basis and paid on closed business. After we identify opportunities we pass to the field sales team and have little to no involvement after that. We solely rely on another team to make commission and the field team has little incentive of their own to close any of this new business as the business development team receives 65% of the commission.
