My experience has been frightening and concerning. This company is run by incompetent and inexperienced people who have managed to have a turnover of 80% last year and continuing this year. Also, there is data privacy issues where some people at the leadership level expose customer data. Decisions are made slow or they are never followed up. High levels of micromanagement from inexperienced leaders has proven to be a catalyst for the current state of the company. Teams in the different departments of marketing, product, sales and engineering have all raised up their concerns but continue not to be heard. The main problem of this company are the people on the leadership position. If I were an investor at Hygraph, I would seriously consider the option of pulling out.
