Former Employee One paper this company is enticing. The product is solid, but in Sales and CS, you are going to run into many issues. There was only one rep each year to hit annual quota for 2022 and 2023. They will tell you otherwise in interview (this happened to experienced rep, so I would ask to gauge honesty). Unclear expectations w/ changing strategies- this is expected in startups but leadership doesnt have enough experience to know how to handle it. The lack of startup experience among leadership is very apparent.
