My overall experience was fine. It is a very cliquey nature and if you do not play by their rules you will be out quickly. If you are someone from a different cultural background, dont expect many like you, the diversity here is laughable and its something that was felt day one. Culture outside of the sales team was great but the sales team is always catching up and under preforming since the product is not really desired by the customer base. It costs way too much and does not really do anything different than Indeed/Paylocity/ADP that justifies the price.

The greatest company culture but pay isn’t great. Culture is everything and I think that’s why so many people enjoy working here. Entry level bdr and sdr roles don’t pay great and you really have to grind to be successful and stack your commission.
