Given product/market fit (too many competitive offerings at a much lower price) challenges the company had to completely overhaul GTM approach. The focus was on customer retention only - all net new sellers laidoff.

Pretty good product. Culture was better before the the recent acquisition. The multiple RIFs made it hard to feel safe and stick around. That is ultimately what drove my departure.
