Started my sales career here as Hilti store sales rep and finished as key account manager several years later. Great learning opportunities, good training and support. Lots of focus on sales execution (job site visits) instead of endless planning. Actual experience from field sales is highly valued in the organization, and many in leadership roles had done that early in their career.

Overall experience was great. Incentive compensation was the only major disadvantage because it was very unclear how to receive the maximum amount of salary.

Excellent! Most impressive: strategy to avoid channel conflicts - no conflicts at all. Very good employer with a great sales strategy and organization.
