Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Was during a career transition for me and a rather large reorganization for the employer which is now a Highmark BCBS affiliate. Had 4 managers, 3 territories and who knows how many goal resets in my just under 6 months there. Brutally bad experience overall where cliques worse than middle school ruled and management by whim made for stress-filled days. Quality people were present and not every role was as horrible as mine. Happy I was there, was forced out quickly and moved on to greener pastures but especially for bringing several close friends as a lasting positive outcome.
