Fantastic company to work for. Great comp plan for specialty rental sales. Same comp plan for general rental, but harder to earn top commission with that product line.

At the core, the people are really great. A few bad actors and a protected network of college buddies. Completely disconnected leadership that force pencil whipping to meet metrics.
