Welcome to a management driven sales role of constant frustration. Pricing is not competitive. All comes down to how much you are willing to be a commodity to your customers and how much grit you have. No faithfulness in this industry but there are people making a good living. Good company values and strong future for investors but its just a hard role. Have to be extremely self motivated. Yes corporate to death.

Fantastic company to work for. Great comp plan for specialty rental sales. Same comp plan for general rental, but harder to earn top commission with that product line.

At the core, the people are really great. A few bad actors and a protected network of college buddies. Completely disconnected leadership that force pencil whipping to meet metrics.
