Great company if you are aiming to build a career there and want to be at a company for 15+ years. Need to have grit and willingness to build account list from 0 but great management. They really invest in their people from a training program but need to be more aligned with new member's ramp-up period when their base salary is so low and how long it can take to actually make real commission
