What is the usual career progression for sales professionals at Hearth?

Depends on what your idea of career progression is. It's definitely a transactional sales process, so natural career progression is outbounding cold leads, many of which are recycled inbound leads. You can excel and progress from outbound to an inbound role where all your calling is marketing qualified leads and that can lead to a lot more commission opportunity in that role if you really want to hustle.

But succeeding in those roles can also give you opportunity to transition into management roles here as well.

It's not going to offer you or prepare you for any type of Mid-market, Enterprise, or Strategic Selling roles at the company, but you can make great money here if you're motivated sales rep and many people leave this company to go on to other strategic sales roles.

It definitely just depends where you are currently at within your own sales career  at the moment. Many people don't want to take the step back from longer sales cycle/higher ACV strategic roles given there is not the chance to work toward that here.

Strong market fit though and honestly unlimited qualified prospects and more coming on the market every 6 months  who many times have zero quality options at their disposal if they want to grow and maintain their business so the money is there for sure.
