Current Employee I've been with the company for three months, and during this time, the pay structure has changed four times, creating uncertainty. The base salary is below the market average for similar roles in Austin, which can be discouraging. Leadership could foster a more positive work environment, as frequent threats of termination from the CEO impact morale.
Additionally, more flexibility—such as the option to work from home—would improve job satisfaction. Training is minimal, making it challenging to ramp up and feel confident in the role. Staying motivated daily can be difficult under these conditions.
That said, the company does offer spiffs, which are a nice perk and provide some extra incentives. With more stability, competitive pay, and a supportive work culture, this could be a much better place to work.
