Don't expect inbound leads, you'll have SDR's but to earn any money you need an established network before joining (Channel & End-users).
Channel strategy is not there. Can't excite the channel when you can't fund events like competitors in the space or offer decent spiffs to channel reps.
Have seen inconsistent leadership, gone through 3 Sales VP's, 2 CRO's, 1 CMO in 1 year. Too much volatility. This company does not believe in PIP's, we've seen waves of reps walk into a 1x1 with their manager and told it was their last day. When that happens you are cut off from all work apps after the call and told you won't get paid commission on any deal after that day.
I'll also add that being on the sales team, Product Managers will assume you don't know anything. Caught up in R-Cloud launch and SaaS focus but do no enablement to help you position a lot of new releases. SE's are usually in the same boat as AE's and get ignored. Browse Other Reviews
