The team is fantastic, but the company still operates like a startup, which can make it challenging to find answers across the organization. New solutions are often launched prematurely, before they’re fully ready.
There’s room for growth here, but like many companies, they tend to start with the lowest salary offer—negotiation is key.
The product itself is excellent and highly respected in the ad tech space. However, the ad tech industry can be tricky to navigate, so prior experience will give you a significant advantage.
The benefits are well-rounded and designed to support employees' work-life balance and long-term financial and health security.
At the end of the day, a great company to work for if you're looking for average to above average pay and great work/life balance.
