Great culture and great people but just not enough incentive for Account Managers to make money in 2025. Not enough products to sell, products and feature releases are not a market fit and we are responsible for bad debt churn.

Would not recommend joining as the sales process is horrible and could be a career regressing move as an SDR. Managers do not know how to sell, they preach spamming. The leadership believes in buying the cheapest tools. Join somewhere the managers know how to train the team. Horrible email writing skills. Managers do not even know how to cold call.

Good for the most part. Company was just slow to react to market changes and did not build comp. plans that rewarded people for the right habits.
