Will always cherish the relationships made & be thankful what I learned. Granite is a GREAT place to start a career into selling - instills amazing work ethic and the leadership is excellent/available/fair/charitable. Celebrating success as a professional/personal culture should more widely adopted.
Granite needs to reinvest (pay good competitive salaries) in better people talent (across all US not just MA) > customer success, support, PMO, provisioning, engineering.
Many deals end w/ botched installs & commissions unrealized/clawed back. Should instead hand to real PM’s (they cost $$) to ensure it’s properly installed & billed. Sales can sell more if they are not helping deals roll out. (Sales @ Granite is 50% selling 50% making sure deal is installed, supported, & billed right)
2024 Comp changes took horse blinders off of many - unfortunately return to 2023 plan was too late for many talented reps, who listened & took matured offers.
I wish Granite major success moving forward. Hope they get back on track, invest in better US talent (not just spend $27MM on Salesforce et al) convert deals better & more often, stop burning bridges w customers, & continue to dominate for years more. Browse Other Reviews
