This is a full cycle sales job, and you do not earn commission. Your quota is based on how many students you enroll in to programs who start and finish their first two classes. I worked in office in Arizona and remote. I preferred working in Arizona to working remotely out of state. Field jobs that do not carry quota are much better than the UDC roles.
