Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My experience has changed over the years as the company gradually breaks off from Google to become a “Bet” with private equity backers. For those considering joining now, this is how I’d review the current environment:
You’ll be selling the best product in the ISP industry and providing that value to client companies should be easy for any decent AE. However, you’ll be playing the game with a hand tied behind your back because you will not have the incentive toolkit that your competitors have access to. Operational Leadership will make your life very difficult because sales is the last priority in the shadow of product development and their obsession with “going independent” as an autonomous Bet. Sales turnover is very high as a result. You'll be the unsung hero if you crush your numbers, getting a pat on the back while you literally keep the company afloat. Leadership will barely recognize this. That said, top AEs get paid very well, so that’s a plus. Browse Other Reviews
