Sales org very immature alot kinks to be worked out. Slow quarters are a reflection of that immaturity in structure. SDRs booking meeting that have no interest in the product. Leadership wanting to make the sale overly technical when the product is simple. Zero training.

CEO and leadership have no idea how to run a company. Not nearly transparent or successful as they want to come across. Golinks pushed hard for Series B funding with no success, hired incredibly irresponsibly and they're paying the price. It's a startup, so lots of self learning and enablement, but leadership does their best with knowledge sharing. GoLinks values their current talent and will almost always promote from within if you're a top performer.
