Overall Doctible does not pay a liveable wage. The starting base is $36,000 and OTE for first couple months is $400. Good culture with weak compensation. Most people barely or just make OTE.

Great at first, then slowly got worse as time went on. Micromanaged, messed with our pay, etc.

My overall experience was good. I learned a lot and felt like I left at the right time. It definitely was a fun start up experience but grew out of it quite quickly.
