Great company with great leaders. Good upside. The main downsides are growing pains from fast expansion changing a lot of the great things about the company, the insurance is very expensive, and the base pay is relatively low.

I work on the hardware team and the 3D printing industry seems to be very watered down right now. Tough to come by new business and most deals are trade-ins with current customers. You can strike gold with large accounts and Fed/Govt deals but they are few and far between
