There is a ton of potential with this company, and there are a lot of absolutely wonderful people. However, it's going down a path that feels all too familiar where you are just another replaceable number at a company. There are some hurdles at the moment, but I think if they are approached and solved correctly, it could remain one of the better places to work.

Cool company to work for with an overall positive reputation along with nice co-workers but the market was pretty saturated and they had little to no sales stack to lean on, pretty much get out and hunt on your own. Many AE's left and were replaced with CSM's that cost a lot less.
