No Annual base salary. No significant demand creation for marketing events of tradeshows, conferences, and webinars. NO MQLs or SQLs with automated marketing email campaigns. No 3rd party BDR support for Lead Gen. Way too Much administration taking away selling time for calls and meetings. This is not a good fit for people with OEM sales experience over 3 years - but may be okay for BDRS for cold calling without the CADENCE tools.

No quota or base comp, amazing splits on Gross Profit. Hunter role with lots of whitespace, can take time to build book of business

All or nothing at GHA. You better be ready to work harder than ever before. You only eat what you kill. No quota, no boss, just you getting it done. First 6 months are the hardest. Next 6 months allows you to see some success. If you make a year, most have leave.

This role is not for everyone. It is commission only and if you have a book of business going into it, you will make a ton of money. It is tough to start from the ground up because you need to grow your business from scratch. It pays off if you perform well but getting to that point is difficult.
