No Annual base salary. No significant demand creation for marketing events of tradeshows, conferences, and webinars. NO MQLs or SQLs with automated marketing email campaigns. No 3rd party BDR support for Lead Gen. Way too Much administration taking away selling time for calls and meetings. This is not a good fit for people with OEM sales experience over 3 years - but may be okay for BDRS for cold calling without the CADENCE tools.

Very unique structure, almost 100% commission based so questions like OTE and quota don't apply. Pay range for successful sales reps who either quickly build a book of business or (more likely) bring one when joining can be huge. Most reps (90%+) do not last the year.
