The people and culture are amazing. Long term, I do see G2 as being the place to go for software, but right now, especially in SMB it's a difficult period. G2 is very much viewed as a nice to have by software vendors.

G2 is a well-managed company, however, senior management has no clue and perhaps no real interest in understanding how EMEA is vastly different from than US.
