I love working at Funnel. They are still figuring out Enterprise sales and the compensation reflects that. With improvements in our ability to sell upmarket, this will become a more lucrative role.

Culture has shifted significantly. Leadership seems to be disjointed without much of a clear path. Pricing changes have moved further away from perceived value from customers. Long term plans are murky at best
