my experience was great with the company, but it was your typical hire turn over sales job. the average tenure was 9 months. since january 2023 everyone struggled to hit their quotas.

So far it’s been okay. Trying to learn everything all at once tends to be a little bit overwhelming but the teams and leaders are understanding and always there to lend help if need be.

Overall my time at Nerdwallet has been subpar. The promise of large commission checks and horizontal movement within the company have not been promised. The management has been very, very good.
