It's in awkward market where it present options to businesses that wouldn't get financing elsewhere. It's definitely offering a solution to a market inefficiency. Product offering is rather good, it's a market issue. Leadership is young and low EQ across the board.

This is a fantastic organization to build a sales career in, leadership is very good and involved on the floor, and there's clear paths to grow. The product is the best in its space, and it's a fast sales cycle.
