Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience with this company is disappointing, to say the least. We, myself and 5 other new hires, were painted a false picture of the company's financials as well as growth opportunities, team performance, and overall health of the organization.
It has been a dumpster fire since the beginning with unattainable quotas, low opportunity payouts, changes in leadership, incredibly poor training and to top it all off a round of layoffs that saw all but two of us new hires fired before we were even finished ramping.
The product is incredible, and market fit exists, but the operations of the company are not what we were led to believe.
In addition, the "on-site" team seems to get more leniency and "love" so if you're planning to work here make sure you're on-site because if you're remote, you will get the bad end of the stick.
