W as a loan advisor, got promoted to a team lead, then sales mgr. If rates are good, things are great. If rates go up, the knives come out and they cut throats to protect their fiefdoms. Toxic if market conditions aren’t ideal.

My overall experience was not the greatest. Being brought in to develop and create a new department during the downturn of the mortgage market with very little resources available was a tough job day in and day out.
