I have been shown screenshots of the company’s recruitment team actively reaching out to employees internally to have them post “reviews” in order to improve their RepVue scores. Notice the dates on several of these reviews are all the same. Take these reviews with a grain of salt. Unethical.

Leadership cares about one thing - selling more products to customers to make as much money as possible, while still not providing working products to customers in a timely manner

Great product market fit, some good people. Most of the organization is deeply dysfunctional including marketing, product, operations just to name a few. Nepotism is out of control and is burning out top talent. Sales leadership behavior is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
