We sold to current clients who all DIDN'T want to work with us at all because of Customer Service's lack of responsiveness to help with tickets or billing support. the entire customer base hates the company which is and was the biggest obstacle to selling more the their existing client base.
Management called client issues "landmines" and (Verbatim) explain to us to "Punt" their issues to Customer Care even if they have existing tickets or problems. Browse Other Reviews
